On Thursday, March 21, 2019, Peter Weltman, Ontario’s Financial Accountability Officer, will discuss some of the FAO’s recent work, including the latest economic and budget outlook for Ontario, a recent report on Ontario household incomes and a comparison of Ontario’s fiscal performance with other provinces. Peter will also touch on some of the office’s other work, including an analysis of the financial impact of canceling the Cap and Trade Program as well as research on the outlook for the province’s health and education spending.
